When you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we store your name, email address, and profile photo (if available) to identify you in the app. If you sign in with email, we also store a securely hashed password managed by Firebase Authentication. This information is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore.
Your profile information is displayed to other users so they can find and add you to their listening room. Songs you share as daily picks are visible to members of rooms you belong to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not track your listening habits outside the app. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.
You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile menu. This permanently removes your profile, room, song picks, and favorites from our servers.
Listening Room uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication and data storage, and Apple MusicKit for song search. These services have their own privacy policies.
