By using Listening Room you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Listening Room is a social music sharing app. You create a room, add up to 5 members, and share one song pick per day. The app uses Apple MusicKit for song search and Firebase for authentication and data storage.
You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu, which permanently removes all your data.
You agree not to use Listening Room to harass, abuse, or spam other users. You agree not to attempt to access other users' private data, interfere with the service, or use automated tools to scrape content. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Song metadata (titles, artists, artwork) is provided by Apple MusicKit and belongs to the respective rights holders. You do not gain any ownership of music content through the app. Your song picks and profile information are your data — you can delete them at any time.
We aim to keep Listening Room available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Listening Room is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when terms change.
